how to track your order
We use Royal Mail 48hr Tracked Service as our standard delivery method. Once your parcel has been handed to our chosen courier you will receive and email with your order tracking number.

2. Input your tracking number and click "Track your delivery"
We hope you are over the moon with your order, however if you decide to return some or all of your order for a refund or exchange we do not refund the original delivery charge.
The only instance whereby an original delivery charge is refunded is if your intire order is incorrect or includes faulty items.

We aim to process and despatch orders in 3 business days. During busy times our despatch times may be longer.
We understand that sometimes situations change and you may need to cancel your order. Please notify us within 24 hours if you need to cancel all or part of your order.
We are currently in the process of changing locations, therefore click & collect is not available at checkout.
As soon as we have updated our website we will once again be able to offer collection for customers who are local to us.
Unfortunately we are unable to change the delivery address for parcels once the order has been placed.
