The easiest way to make a return is via your customer account, where you can select the order that includes the item/s you wish to return and make your return request.

We offer a fully tracked return service using Royal Mail with a £4 return fee. If you have requested a refund or credit this return fee will be deducted from your final refund/credit amount.

Alternatively if you are local to our registered address, you may drop off your return during our office hours; Mon-Fri 10am - 4pm. Please ensure that you have followed the return steps 1, 2 & 3 below.

If your item is faulty then the cost to return your item is free.

START A RETURN

SELECT ITEM(S) TO RETURN

Once you have signed in to your customer account, locate the order that includes the item(s) that you wish to return.

Select "Request Return" then follow the instructions to begin the return process.

You will receive an email notification once your return request has been submitted. Please note that your return label will be sent in a separate email once your request has been approved.

If you wish to return multiple items from different orders, please follow the above instructions for each item.

When your return request has been approved by our customer service team, you will receive an email with your return label.

If you are returning multiple items from different orders you can package them up in one parcel. Please note that if your parcel exceeds 5kg an additional £4.00 return fee will be added to your account.

Securely package up your return and follow the instructions in the return email. Don’t have a printer? Not to worry, there is also an option to download a QR code which you can take to your local Post Office, where they will scan and process your return.

Now you're all set to send us your return! Take your parcel to your nearest Post Office, show them the QR code if you require them to print the return label.

Obtain a proof of return receipt, you will also be able to track your return using the Royal Mail tracking service.

All items must be returned in the same condition they were received.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept a return and process a refund if your item is unable to be resold (unless of course the item is faulty).

Please refer to our full return policy for a list of items that are excluded from our return policy. Most merchandise can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

If your return is outside of the 30 day period, please contact our customer service team.

We can only exchange items for the same style in a different size/colour. If you would like to exchange your item please follow the return process via your account, select return reason as "other" and make a note of the size/colour that you wish to exhange your return for.

Should you receive a faulty or damaged item please contact our friendly customer service team via the form below stating your Order Number and the nature of the fault.

We will refund the postage cost you incur to return the faulty items.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order. Please refer to our full returns policy for further information.

If you wish to return items from different order numbers, simply follow the return request for each item, then package up your items in one parcel. Please note that if your parcel exceeds 5kg there will be an additional return fee applied to your account.

If you have received a gift from Constellation and you are not entirely happy with it, you are more than welcome to return it to us for a credit.

In most cases return requests are approved in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013

If we suspect fraudulent activity and/or notice anything unusual or suspicious in relation to your account, orders or return request, we reserve the right to refuse your return request.

Fraudulent or suspicious activity could include but is not limited to: unusual patterns of ordering and returning items; returning items that have been worn or used (therefore not in a re-saleable condition); or not returning what you originally ordered.

You have the right to appeal any such decision by contacting our customer service team.

As standard we use Royal Mail to handle and process our returns. If you wish to use a different courier please contact us and we will email you with your return instructions.

Our return fee is a flat rate of £4.00 which includes Royal Mail tracking postage and our handling & processing. This amount will be deducted from your refund amount.
